Outside Sales - Manufacturer's Representative/End User Specialist
Location: Arizona Market
Johnson Pike is seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join
our team as a Manufacturer’s Representative/End User Specialist in the Arizona market.
This position will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong
relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users in the foodservice equipment and
supplies industry.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Arizona region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with end users, including restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice establishments.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on Johnson Pike’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the foodservice industry.
- Collaborate with our manufacturer partner’s internal teams, including sales management, marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and factory trainings to network and promote Johnson Pike’s products while acquiring product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.
- Strong understanding of the Arizona foodservice equipment market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Arizona region as needed.
Service Dispatch Coordinator
Johnson Pike is a foodservice equipment & supplies manufacturer’s representative and distribution firm looking to fill a full time position for a service dispatch coordinator. This person will be responsible for administrative, clerical, and service scheduling for our service team. The ideal candidate will have a customer first mentality with problem solving skills and enjoys working close with other team members.
Expectations of this position:
– Schedule service calls, start-up training, and new equipment installations from customer calls/emails or factory requests
– Process orders for parts including entering sales orders, verifying pricing, invoicing, filing, and communicating with our customers
– Answer and/or return phone calls and emails to our customers regarding order inquiries, pricing, and product knowledge questions
– Ensure customer accounts are current with receivables
– Post payments in accounts receivable and collect payments from existing customers using QuickBooks
– Enter bills into QuickBooks to prepare them for accounts payable
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– Currently living within 20 miles of our Denver office
– Prefer B2B customer service experience
– Prefer at least 1 year of customer service experience
– Experience in accounting or with QuickBooks software
– Proficient in Windows & MS Office
– Verbal & written communication skills
– Able to occasionally lift at least 40 pounds
– Valid driver’s license
Experience:
- B2B: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Accounting or QuickBooks experience (Preferred)
This role is a full time, in-person position, Monday to Friday with 8 hour shifts.
