DeAnn Grady joined Johnson Pike & Associates over thirty years ago after four years experience with another local rep firm. In her tenure at Johnson Pike, DeAnn has mastered every customer support function and has the knowledge of all the details needed to keep our company’s gears turning. DeAnn has recently transitioned to exclusively working with our Henny Penny service team managing our dispatch schedule and supporting them with clerical support for invoicing and reporting to the factory.
