Drop-In Cold Wells

Drop-In Cold Wells

Hatco’s drop-in cold wells are ideal for keeping refrigerated food at the right temperature. The cold well features a four-inch ridge at the top and a wrapped cold rail that provides refrigeration all around it. The refrigeration system is also programmable, providing operators with even greater temperature control.

Warming Drawers

On the hot side, Hatco’s warming drawers maintain temperatures of over 140 degrees, making them ideal for keeping food like baked potatoes, tortilla chips, and pre-wrapped burritos hot. In schools, cafeterias, and restaurants, warming drawers can be found in the back of the house in a central location for quick access when needed.
